On the 4th of September, 2024, within the framework of the IX Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, the Chairman of the Russian-Vietnamese Guild of Commerce A. Karpov held a working meeting with the President of the Hoa Binh Construction JSC Le Viet Hai.
