On the 3rd of September, 2024, the Chairman of the Russian-Vietnamese Guild of Commerce A. Karpov took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference during the IX Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok. The event is timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The Plenary session resulted in an exchange of views on the topical issues such as strengthening international cooperation between Russia and Vietnam, and in particular, on the topic of the development of the relations between the countries in historical and cultural perspectives, as well as the training of qualified specialists on Vietnam in Russia, and the role of the two countries in the structure of ASEAN.
