On August 27, 2024, the Chairman of the Russian-Vietnamese Guild of Commerce A. Karpov took part in the International Municipal Forum BRICS in Moscow.

Interaction between different regions and countries allows for implementation of large-scale joint projects, sharing of cutting-edge technologies and attraction of significant financial investments. The problems of attracting investments require a comprehensive approach, including the creation of a favorable investment climate, the development of promising investment projects and active interaction with foreign partners.
