Putin will participate in a meeting with the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong. The Russian President will then lay wreaths at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Memorial to Fallen Heroes, a memorial to those who died for Vietnam's freedom and independence.
The last round of negotiations will be held with the Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam Tran Thanh Man.
